Social & Pot Luck Lunch This will be a planning meeting for the remained of the year.
We will also watch videos of our 2007 haunts (popcorn will be
provided).
We will close with a Pot Luck Lunch. (Please bring something for
the pot luck lunch.)

Building, 750 West 200 North, Provo, Utah 84601. Park on 800 W. and
enter thru 800 W. door, southwest side of the building.
Directions to Dixon School:
Exit I-15 at Provo Center Street Exit
(not Orem Center Street Exit)
You should be going EAST on Center Street toward Downtown Provo and the
Mountains.
Turn LEFT on 800 W.
(about 3-5 blocks, depending if you were coming from the N. or S. on
I-15)
Go 2 blocks and you will see the school on your right.
Park on 800 W. and enter thru the 1st door on 800 W. |
Mat Switch Prop Trigger: Blaine & Dennis Parts list available upon request
Kit (includes mat and all parts) available for approx. $20.
Blaine has more parts and will make a mat
switch for you for $25-$30. These mat switches a great way to trigger a
prop and of high quality. |

Tips & Demo's (not a make n' take session)
We will receive tips, demo's and training on a variety of haunt related
issues. These mini seminars/demos will last from as little as 15 min. to

Do Fence Me In! (Bring a small section of your fence to display.):
Group Discussion on building cemetery fence. LED Lighting: An LED vendor will give a brief
talk on the different LED's available, including LED spot light to light
your haunt. |

you a "kit" (containing everything you need to make the prop at the
meeting) you must contact Doug and pay by April 26th to give him time to
buy the materials for the kits. |

Halloween ReCap
and Review, 2009 Schedule Planning
Please come prepared to discuss your "Lessons
Learned" from your 2008 Halloween and bring your schedules so we can
plan our 2009 Meeting Schedule.
Important Questions will be:
Is every other month, on the 2nd Sat. of the
month still the schedule we want?
What props would you like to see made at these
meetings? Important to this question is Who will step up and lead
the seminar, make the kits, etc.
I think we were thinking this planning meeting
might also be a pot luck lunch? I'll look to Holly and others for
more on that. Please jump right in!!!
If you cannot attend, please express your
opinions early (before the meeting) so they can be considered. You
can do so "no list" or just discuss them "off list" with someone
that is planning to attend to insure you have a voice.
